And while most states have now reopened the majority of businesses, Anthony Fauci, MD, the nation's leading immunologist, is warning that three specific businesses should stay closed amid COVID.

Let me address the “poor ventilation” claim. Much of this is thanks to mandated energy codes that put the kabosh(sp) on commercial buildings having windows that can open. There are also other requirements that the building must be sealed tight to avoid energy loss.
So, places people go everyday to eliminate stress.
That should go well with being unemployed and socially isolated...
This could describe any assembly occupancy or many institutional occupancies. Not to mention certain housing conditions.

I’m happy some government agency just got to double or even triple their budget for the foreseeable future, and now you even have celebrity government bureaucrats (wanna bet another book is on the horizon not to far out after his retirement?), but the this stuff has to end.
We are at a point where in the name of “public safety” or “national security” you are allowed to do whatever you want and the US Constitution has zero relevance anymore. It’s always an emergency, because if we don’t take action ***right now,*** the polar caps will melt and we will all drown, the ozone hole will cause us to get skin cancer, we’ll run out of potable water, the rain forest will be chopped down and acid rain will kill all the forest and we’ll die from a lack of oxygen. For the politician and government bureaucrat, there is no cost to high when it comes to the furtherance of their cause to save the spotted owl, polar bear, baby seal, or some bird on the Galapagos islands.
It’s all shit and if you call it shit, they of course always have a label (ad homonym attack) to stamp on your forehead: unprofessional (if you’re a boss), irresponsible and reckless for corona virus.
Tomorrow there will be another emergency, another apocalyptic crisis that needs the leadership of some politician and government agency to save the planet; hell, solar system, universe!

Fauci is a one-dimensional thinker. Throughout all of this he has utterly failed to grasp the unintended consequences of what he’s prescribing.

He also conveniently omitted rioting. Not a word about it needing to stop because of the health risk. This guy is a phoney.
He IS effectively “gotten rid of”-—replaced by Dr. Atlas. Fauci still circulates into venues like MSNBC “as if” he’s still the official Administration “spokesman”, and he never was that to begin with.I don’t want him to disappear completely though, unless he croaks. Before then,though, he’s got a lot to answer for. We should be thinking of ways to get him to answer for ALL his judgments, because to put it simply they paved the way for incalculable economic and human damage, and , to get technical about it, even property damage , because the lockdown psychology was active in the rioter’s minds and played a role in their behavior.
Assuming all goes well, I expect Trump to dump this turd one day after the election. He cannot now because all the soccer moms and Karins out there would go ballistic.
