Time to charge the leaders of BLM and antifa with the RICO act. This needs to end and end now. . Let them rot in a federal pen somewhere for 30 to life and think about what they did.

“About 400 people were marching to protest the lack of more serious charges against officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s death,”

This needs to be shut down. I'm getting tired of seeing protests riots every time a legal decision does not favor the mob. Either we have laws or not. And it is really ridiculous to have a protest riot in Minnesota when the Breonna Taylor case occurred in Kentucky.

There are places to gather to protest without getting in the way of your neighbors who have to go to work or other commitments. The fools that approved this need to be fired for incompetence.

The Mafia didn’t shut down cities and destroy businesses yet they were prosecuted under RICO charges.

Start rounding up these highway blockers, arrest them, charge them, prosecute them, and invite members of the public who were delayed by the highway blocks to launch civil suits against them.

Bet this nonsense will stop in a hurry.

Mow them down with cables, like what Rick and Michonne did to all those zombies on The Walking Dead.

“Black Lives Matter protesters walked onto I-94 in St. Paul, Minnesota”

It’s only a matter of time before some nut in a dump truck or semi rams through one of those protest blocking a major highway and kills a bunch of folks.

Actually, no. If there is a semi heading interstate stopped due to the protestors (almost a certainty), charge *all* of the ones getting violent or uttering threats with violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1951, interference with commerce by threats or violence. Up to twenty years in a federal pen. Per offense.

Hit post too soon - RICO is going to be relatively hard to prove. 18 USC 1951 is going to be an easy slam dunk. Locate a semi that’s going interstate, get their information and/or video that it’s been stopped by the idiots, then go video the idiots uttering threats or assaulting cars and you can arrest them. Game over and no need for further investigation plus they can go away for twenty years.

“About 400 people were marching to protest the lack of more serious charges against officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s death,”

And what charges are those that could have been filed given the fact situation? None.

These people are literally protesting nothing.

On the bright side, if one of them gets hurt or sick, EMS can’t get to them. Of course, then they’d sue the city.

Not much sense doing this in the Twin Cities Metro area. It will only remind people of the ruckus they endured over the entire summer of 2020. This may be enough to change 200 vote or so. 200 votes, you say? remember 200 votes gained is also 200 votes lost; net change for Trump is actually 400 votes narrowing the margin of 40,000 votes since 2016.

When the police abdicate their sworn duty to enforce the law I lose all respect for them. They sit on their fat asses watching as cities burn, entire states burn, & innocent people lose businesses.
Please spare me the “they have orders to stand down” crap. Either enforce the law or quit. Easy decision. Be a cop & uphold your sworn duty or tremble before an illegal order from a dictator. Again easy choice.
Pick one cops: protect & defend the citizens or protect the savages destroying cities.
Newsflash- cops work for the government. They will obey their state overlords. They are not on our side.
Prepare to act accordingly.
