The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday, sponsored by Whatfinger News – The largest Drudge Report alternative, shows that 52% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 42% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 43% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -1. (see trends)
And if you assume that the votes are heavily skewed against Trump in certain states, that would seem to indicate that Trump is at or ahead of where he was in the electoral-vote count from 2016.
Actually, I can’t seem to find the article, but heard that if Trump’s approval stays around 46%, he’s basically guaranteed re-election and pointed to other elections. Might have been on 538.
This is significant. He has added about 5% increase to the usual swing variance.

IIRC, Bush and Obama were both around 48% and won.
Fox News loves to denigrate the voting base, make us feel like we are not going to win anyway so why bother voting..they did the same in 2018 during the midterm elections, remember they called it while other states were still voting
I think all presidential polls should be outlawed period.
Fox’s polling is always down for POTUS. They seem to have a built-in bias.
They should be allowed—as long as the polling company writes a check to every American for $1,000 per published poll as reparations for the polling company’s election interference!

I imagine that on the West Coast in the states Of Oregon, Washington, and California that there has to be a huge number of new voters who will vote Republican after the plague of riots, fires, and electricity blackouts.

I just saw that ohio poll. That alone proves these poll results are complete trash. Fox blows.
If memory serves me correctly, the Fox pole had 61% for Conviction and Removal from office during impeachment. Fox poles are total Garbage!!!!
