As areas are walled off, the cartels move to other crossing areas. But there are less areas left, concentrating more activity into less space. With the Wall helping, the Border Patrol can cover and control more area. Every mile makes it better, keep it going.

Not only will US Border Patrol Agents and their new technology be flooding into those shrinking gaps, but other cartels will also be fighting over control on the Mexican side.

They are already having some impressive shootouts among themselves, with improvised armored vehicles, crew served machine guns, and drones dropping explosives. It will likely be full scale next year, if the wall keeps going up like this (ten miles per week).
