Right. Any death by the actions of a person is homocide. Justifiably killing in self-defense is still homocide.
Exactly. “Homicide” is not a charge anywhere. It is just a legal term to define a death caused by another. There are justified homicides, unjustified homicides and accidental homicides. This is just stupid.
