Testing positive without getting sick is very similar to injecting a vaccine with weakened virus into your body. Both tend to build some resistance to further sickness from the same virus.

In soccer, they made the team forfeit their position instead of rescheduling and the team that paid for the tests is playing today in the Cup.

False positives will be a big problem

Forced forfeiture. NFL season would not allow for make up games, so if a team shuts down for COVID, they should be forced to forfeit. Why should Pittsburgh or Houston be punished if Tennessee or Minnesota cant play this week.
