Correct. Joe is just a token loser. He is a placeholder this year, designed to be someone the Democrats could use to run against the great President Trump.
The Democrats concede this year, but maybe in 2024 they will find somebody halfway electable. Maybe.
Or their plan is to help things descend into chaos after the election. They serve the Revolution, the ChiComs among others (going back to the Soviets and Comintern) have paid them their 30 pieces of silver and expect a return on their investment.
