Now that President Donald Trump is undergoing treatment for the Wuhan coronavirus at Walter Reed Medical Center, most Americans are wondering what the diagnosis means for the second presidential debate, which was originally scheduled for Oct. 15.
"Any reason to believe the debate doesn't happen? Anything going forward that you think change?" Pete Hegseth, one of the co-hosts of "Fox and Friends" asked on Saturday.
According to Trump's Deputy Campaign Manager David Bossie, another debate will take place as soon as President Trump recovers. It just means the date may have to shift a day or two.
The debates are going to happen. Theres no reason for them not to. If they have to be pushed if the second debate has to be pushed a day or two, thats nothing. We need this president to recover. But hes a fighter and hes a fighter for the American people. Thats why he was elected to begin with. And he is such a fighter. Hes going to beat COVID and Joe Biden all at the same time," Bossie explained.
"So, were looking forward to the next 30 days of this campaign, of telling the American people the good news of what his accomplishments have been and what hes done to lower their taxes, to make their lives better, to bring jobs back to America. Its a great story. None of that changes," the deputy campaign manager explained. "His list of accomplishments is like nothing that we've ever seen and he's done more in 47 months than Joe Biden has done in 47 years. Nothing about COVID is going to change those facts."
Beat Covid and Joe Biden at the same time!!! Thats our guy!!! Go get em Mr President!!
Slight Change
So answer the question you ask in your headline preferably in your headline.
So, what "slight change"? Format? Moderator? Rules? Dates? What? ATFQ, sheesh!
How did they ever agree to Chris Wallace?
So, what “slight change”?

“It just means the date may have to shift a day or two.”
Its hopeless. We see this poor excuse for journalism every day.
Is it lack of common sense? Did they train at the One easy trick will... School of Journalism? Or maybe they had a good professor in You Wont Believe What Happens Next 101.
RE: They need to insist on a change in moderators.
They ALREADY HAVE a second moderator — Steve Scully.
Scully is the political editor at C-SPAN and host of Washington Journal.
I figured, but I am appalled at the bad writing that conservatives indulge. It’s not a minor thing. It’s a constant communications problem.

The title definitely is click-baity, likely not written by the article’s author.
We know the mods are obviously biased.
Me thinks the debate ruling ‘committee’ is suspect in their choices.
Of course the Rs wimps will go along with the committee choices. Must not make a wave.
Hope Trump is prepared to take on both Biden and the moderator. This means study the issues, develop their talking points, prepare to be aggressive but restrain any urge to make personal attacks, and PRACTICE.
They need to insist on a change in moderators.
How did they ever agree to Chris Wallace?
= = = = =
Because the Presidential Debate Committee is headed up by pure leftists.
The super-spreader Notre Dame Prez, at the ACB Rose Garden reception (indoor) and ceremony (outdoor) is one of the Board Members....interesting, eh?
As well as Olympia Snowe and Jane Harmon (Board members).
Repubs need to DEMAND that THEY get to select HALF of the Board Members, on this obviously biased committee.
Why this hasn’t already been done, is beyond me.
The reader is left to assume that the slight change might be pushing the debate back a day or two!!
And Mr. Scully was an intern for then-Delaware senator Joe Biden for one month in 1978, according to a biography published by George Washington University.
