Trump should have declassified this DURING THE MUELLER PROBE If he had done that he would have been impeached. Of course, they impeached him anyway. Might as well be hung for a lion as a lamb.

I don’t think so- this would have been to assist the Mueller investigation into who was colluding with Russia.
He was supposed to be looking for that sort of thing.
