So Aaron Rich’s handlers are fishing in the hope that whoever holds the twitter account is one of the defendants in his suit, or closely connected to them. Most likely this will never be heard about again.
Hmm, Twitter claims they are not a publisher. But if they are not a publisher, then they have no 1st Amendment right to protect their sources...
He has standing because some of these media outlets were actually reporting that Aaron Rich assisted Seth in giving the emails to wikileaks, so they defamed him personally.
This is a conundrum wrapped in a question.
WHO 'forged' the document? Are they forged or real? You can't know the motive until you know the suspect. Why is Twitter refusing to help? What do they know? Are they protecting a source? Is this disinformation to discredit real documents?
There are lots of question about this one.
Twitter has sought to keep the identity of the user secret, arguing that disclosing that information would violate the First Amendment.
Y'know, because Twitter is a staunch defender of free speech. /sarc

Moreover, and more significantly, the private firm hired by the DNC to do the forensic analysis instead of the FBI, whose “findings” were cited by the DNC as proof of Russian involvement, stated unequivocally in the secret hearings sealed by Adam Schiff, (later released by Grennel, I believe) that there was no way for them to make any determination whatsoever of how the information was gotten from the server, and they had no evidence whatsoever that it was hacked by Russians.
Seth Rich did not hack the server. He worked there and used a thumb drive to download the data. They knew the download rate and that the data was taken internally. Hillary and the DNC had Seth wacked and then concocted the Russian hack story to cover there ass afraid of when the information became public and then clam it would be Russian disinformation. The robbers were later killed to cover their ass with the concocted robbery gone bad story. That is the real story.
