I could see that. That way the DNC could say that Donald Trump killed Joe Biden and launch it as a bumper sticker sized meme. It would be laughable if it wasn’t so predictably obvious.

The latest installment of the Rudy Giuliani show hints to me that he is possibly preparing to launch a RICO prosecution of Biden and his family. He may very well see this as the right-handed book end of his prosecutorial career.

Rudy cannot launch an official RICO investigation, at least as a prosecutor, as he is not a state or fed prosecutor. He can certainly as a private citizen gather information and interpret it to RICO statutes and publicize it, which could pressure prosecutors to pick up the ball on this. My opinion...

Now, this leads to the question though on if the Biden family has a Get Out Of Jail free card such as the Clinton and the merry band of deep staters have.
