Our default destination upon birth is hell then the lake of fire.
BUT GOD made a way for us, through believing what his son, Jesus, did for us on our behalf.
He satisfied God’s justice by taking our punishment on the cross, shedding his blood to have our sins forgiven, suffering God’s wrath for us.
Then, (it gets better) 3 days later he overcame death and the grave for us when he rose from the dead.
NOW, he sits at Gods right hand, interceding for all believers. NOW God can show us mercy by his justice being satisfied through his Son. The innocent dying for the guilty.
NOW, we have been given the earnest payment by God the Father, through Jesus, the Holy Spirit to live IN us, not to be with us, but IN us. God is serious about saving us and bringing us in to his eternal presence.
BUT....we only have, at best 70-80 years to make that decision. ONLY while we are alive NOW can we change our default destination. Once we die in the flesh, our eternity is set, and will not be changed.
So, I encourage everyone, believe on the name and finished work of Jesus and be saved, the time is short.
