I suspect that if the Democrats ever enact a reparations scheme, any black person (with the possible exception of first-generation immigrants) will be deemed to qualify without having to document descent from an American slave. But will the money come from the general tax revenues or will there be a special tax that only whites have to pay?
Slavery ended 150 years ago. There is nobody alive who was ever a slave here in this country so nobody deserves reparations and nobody will get them. Stevie Wonder is a good singer but off the wall on reparations.
