I voted for Ted Cruz in the 2016 Republican primary election, left my ballot blank in the 2016 general election, and now must decide whom to vote for this year. In several ways, I find Donald Trump over the top and offensive. I have said this on air and on Twitter. He can be too hot to handle, insulting people and often making himself the issue, diverting attention from more important policy matters. Many of my Republican friends, notably women, will not vote for him, not because they are “Republicans in name only” but because the president has given them some reason to reject him.

Biden is also offensive. His shocking allegation amid the 2012 campaign that Republicans under Mitt Romney wanted to place African Americans “back in chains” was one of the worst and lowest race baiting statements ever made, not to mention it was blatantly untrue. The media mainly gave him a pass over this. I will not. There is a lot about his conflicts of interest that we do not know because the media declines to dig into them.
Is Biden, who stated he never talked about Ukrainian energy firm Burisma with his son, lying about never meeting with its officials? Biden lied about receiving his full scholarship to law school and made false claims that he finished in the top half of his class when he finished near the bottom. He lied about his arrest in South Africa. He made false claims over pinning a Silver Star on a Navy captain despite claiming that it was the truth.
Biden is weak. He will not stand up to the left as he changed his positions with abortion and crime. He will not stand up to China. Given the fact that he conducted only one or two public events a day before the coronavirus, I have doubts in his ability to endure the burden of the presidency.
Democrats are now moving hard and fast to the left. Biden is not from the left wing of the party, but when liberals send him legislation to ban fossil fuels, create a national public option for health care, raise our taxes even higher, and redistribute income in a way that has never been done before, no one should count on his veto. He will not promise to veto packing the Supreme Court, or even turning Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia into blue states so Democrats can move onto packing the Senate.
Say what you will about Trump violating norms, he has never tried to redo the balance of power by irregular means. But his policies will last decades, no matter or, perhaps thanks to, his personality. His promises to confront China, appoint conservatives to the judiciary, and secure peace deals for Israel and the Arab neighbors are worthy of support. His policies over the economy did more to assist low income Americans with pay raises, which reduced the wealth gap far more than any idea to redistribute income. He helped people with the actions conducted in the private sector.
My choice in the 2020 general election is between a personally offensive outsider who signs good policies and a professionally offensive politician who will turn bad ideas into law. This is why I will vote for Trump.

I find it offensive when in 2016 GWB, Jeb and Ari gave a half a vote to Hillary by not voting. In 2020, Jeb and GWB are still leaving it blank because they haven’t said otherwise. This is highly offensive.
I find it harder to believe that he would vote for Ted Bruce and Donald Trump.
I don’t think Trump is offensive at all. I find him to be a real person like me although he is very rich. He loves this country as do I he is very patriotic I love that about him.
What I find offensive is the media that lies 24/7, pop stars and actors who are trash telling me what to do and what to think and the Joe Biden voters who are burning the country down that’s offensive to me hands down.
I have always had a lot of respect for Ari. He’s not afraid to ‘break protocol’ and think for himself.

Absolutely. And going forward no GOP presidential candidate will win the nomination unless they pass the Trump Test. The GOP establishment knows that and there’s not one damn thing they can do about it.

I don’t recall if Fleischer was officially part of NeverTrump, but he sure didn’t make much effort to crawl back to the fold after the 2016 election. My guess is that like any DC-centric bloodsucker, he’s looking at his next paycheck and seeing that business prospects as a resister don’t have the same future as they once did.

The “major shift” claim is totally bogus.
The pollsters have been off by double digits the entire polling season. The President has had a comfortable lead in all of the swing states.
The reality is that almost all voters made up their minds months ago.
The only “shift” is that undecideds traditionally break for the incumbent at the last minute. That is well understood by folks who pay attention to this stuff.
I view the Trump rallies as a reward to thank folks who support him, an assist to other Republicans on the ballot, and a patriotic duty of a President to campaign for the job.
Ari had Trump’s back today on Howie Kurtz’s sh,t show. Fatso Chris Stirewald said Trump will get negative results from holding huge rallies in this time of COVID. Ari disagreed, and said Trump should not be lectured about holding rallies after the left protested, rioted and looted without distancing.
Then the beotch Leslie Marshall said Trump voters were uneducated. Ari went ballistic on her. Today, and always, Ari is my HERO. It was 3 against 1 on that dam show, but Ari held his own and did us proud.
Trump doesn’t insult anyone who doesn’t insult him first.

Yep. They demanded we pull the levers for them because they held the R. Now that someone else has it, they don’t return the loyalty.

What Ari’s women friends apparently don’t realize is that Trump pays his women employees the same as his men employees for doing the same jobs. Hillary didn’t. 18% less and Michelle even less than that.

This is where Ari gets it wrong. You make your plans in the war room, but you win on the battle field. And you do that by showing up and engaging in combat. Aggressively attacking and insulting his opponents are the way Trump wages war and they’re why he’s able to translate good ideas into successful outcomes.
