Pennsylvania is warning that it could take days to do something that everyone has been warning everyone it could take days to do if they don’t prepare for it.
In other words; intentional negligence
In PA’s defense, one reason for the long count period is that they aren’t even allowed to open and verify ballots until Election Day. I see that as a GOOD thing.
