imho the fact that state and local races mostly seem not to be targeted for vote fraud while trump does seem targeted indicates to me at least a definitive vote fraud strategy. i am not certain that that would be enough by itself to prove that vote fraud exists, but imho it should be given some consideration. the open question is how much does the data deviate from the norm in similar circumstances.
If it can be shown that it is a statistical impossibility, then that IMHO is a proof.
Only one office’s tally changing and none of the others changing, plus ballots favoring only one candidate are hallmarks of fraud.
