BREAKING: Trump assembling all-star legal team to mount election challenges in close states

President Trump's campaign on Wednesday began assembling an all-star legal team to file challenges to election regularities in several battleground states, starting with a Court of Claims lawsuit in Michigan.

Among the lawyers the president is activating include his private attorney Jay Sekulow, who will help campaign lawyers with matters before the Supreme Court as well as former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, officials said.

Sidney Powell, the lawyer for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, may also be called upon, officials said.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign refuses to say whether the candidate will cooperate with an FBI criminal investigation into his son Hunter Biden.
On Thursday, Sinclair investigative reporter James Rosen reported the FBI in 2019 opened a criminal investigation of

Hunter Biden and his associates focused on money laundering that remains open and active.

Breitbart News sent a query to the Biden campaign on Thursday but did not receive a response.

The query asked:
In light of Sinclair TV’s James Rosen’s reporting on Thursday evening that the FBI opened a criminal investigation in 2019 into “Hunter Biden and his associates” focused on allegations of money-laundering and that it remains open and active today, I would like to ask the following:

1) Do former VP Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and brother James Biden intend to cooperate with the FBI investigation?
2) If elected president, will Joe Biden commit to not pardoning Hunter if the FBI charges him with a crime that he may be convicted of?

The FBI reportedly seized a laptop and hard drive belonging to Hunter Biden, after it was abandoned at a computer repair shop and in possession of the shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac.

Fox News previously reported on FBI documents, including an FBI “Receipt for Property” form, detailing the FBI’s interactions with Isaac, the owner of “The Mac Shop” who reported the laptop’s contents to authorities.

Biden Center Under Investigation for Illegal Donations From China

If the label says “Biden,” it was definitely influenced by China. – John Solomon at JustTheNews.com is reporting that The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations to its Biden Center and failed to properly disclose the contributions.

From Solomon’s report: The complaint, filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, says that over the past three years, the university has accepted around $22 million in anonymous funding from Chinese sources. That’s out of a total of more than $70 million from Chinese donors during that time, the NLPC said. Those significant funds, including the anonymous amounts, rolled in after the Biden Center was announced in early 2017 and launched in February 2018. The center is located in downtown Washington, D.C.

Federal records show that the University of Pennsylvania has received significant donations from China since the opening of the center. One 2018 donation alone totals $14.5 million; it is listed as “anonymous” in federal records. The NLPC alleges the university may have violated federal law in accepting those anonymous monetary donations. The Higher Education Act mandates schools report the national origins of any donations above $250,000 although not necessarily the individual names of donors themselves. [End] This serves as just one more reminder that Biden, his son and his brother have long been in the pockets of Chinese interests. The stark reality facing our country today is that, should Biden manage to win the election in November, all of the gains President Donald Trump has made through the sheer force of his will in terms of U.S./China relations and trade policy will be immediately reversed the day after Biden assumes office.

So now, in addition to having the standard Democrat Party litmus test of having to be pro-abortion on demand and even after birth, Sanders says Biden will add the litmus tests of being a woman and African American to his list of pre-qualifications when considering his first nominee to the Supreme Court. This kind of rank discrimination is so despicable and anti-American that it is hard to put into words. It takes panic pandering to an entirely new level. But this is Joe Biden, and this is what you can expect if you vote for him in November.

8h ago: An important update to this story. Fairfax County election officials say while the Biden totals were inflated & incorrect on the county spreadsheet site last night, they were never added into the Virginia Board of Election total. It means Biden does have 404,886 votes in Va.

This feels very different than 2000. Bush never lost his lead, throughout the recounts or at any time. I remember it came down as low as 300 but then went way up again in his favor before the Supreme Court stopped the county. It was just the Dems being sore losers.

Trump had a line of contingency plans for various outcomes. He has been preparing for this for months. No doubt in my mind.

You do realize this all involves State courts that lean democrat who won't give a hoot.

If the Trump team can prove discrepancies then the only recourse is the State Legislature (Because all the spoiled votes are already in circulation) appointing their own set of electors which after the BLM riots, will probably not happen (But I hope will).

Another State wide election won't happen, not enough time after the court fights because per US law electors need to be in DC by December 14th.

So I ask in a rational manner; what do you expect will happen to rectify the fraud that meets Constitutional obligations and is a realistic solution?

This crap needed to be rectified before the damn vote and with personal security/enumerated law on paper in tow thrown in the faces of cheats/pitbull lawyers threatening punishment of breaking State laws accompanying GOP poll watchers into precincts in areas of Detroit, Milwaukee, Philly, Phoenix, etc... districts that don't really like whitey that much.

The Trump team needed to be ruthless before the damn vote instead of being cucked in black districts who intimidated poll watchers and initiated "secret" counts. That is how you fight back, the proverbial 'Untouchables' Chicago way. Bring a "gun" to a knife fight.

This happens time and time again basically surrendering to the intimidation tactics.
