That WA governor’s race also featured homeless “voters” whose address was listed as the County Courthouse in Seattle.

Their “votes” were counted—hundreds of them.

Hint: They did not actually vote. :-)

I wrote the above to inform people of how it’s been impossible to reverse vote fraud but in the TRUMP-BIDEN election case, it is possible because the pandemic was used to allow late ballots, ballots arriving after election day.

Indeed election security and ballot security features are critically needed but the process can be onerous but maybe not if a clever means of exploiting administrative law can open the door to get around state legislatures and their sovereignty over their elections.

But administrative fixes can be reversed in the years after, so it’s not a reliably enduring fix.

The best way forward is a constitutional amendment, hard to do but enduring and we need it. See #7 above for a sense of how it can be done without relying on Congress.

Make election fraud a capital offense, punishable by public hanging.

The only concern is whether convicted criminals from Demonicrat-controlled precincts will create a shortage of rope, since the carcasses of the convicts should be left to rot off the noose.

Yes, the poor and downtrodden HOMELESS are used as a backdoor to vote fraud and no one will know if they ever existed for real.

Your mention of homeless fraud in the 2004 WA State governor’s race is well-described in the two 2004 Free Republic threads linked in #1 above.

If the court would look at the chain of custody and say its invalid then the ballots are invalidated. Period.

I agree with everything else you posted but this provision is problematic.

Dems would simply and happily mess up the chain of custody of ballots in all red areas to get them invalidated. At their core they are cheaters and will look to exploit any loop hold they can find.

Is there truth to the required watermarks on official ballots by Homeland Security?

I sure hope so.

You two, and other Freepers as well, are thinking and making excellent points. Please continue as there are security solutions that need to be hashed out. I think this election is the watershed event that will bring reforms.

You are correct.

If the Democrats endorse a culture of cheating on a large scale (they do) it would take extraordinary measures to keep such cheating under any sort of control.

Democracy just can’t work in a culture of lying and cheating.

That is the issue in the third world, and why most of our efforts to help them get fair elections have been dismal failures.

I think about 1/2 the states already have this same day registration garbage with several other states ready to come onboard. This will get much worse if we don’t stop it.

Sequences of fraudulent ballots can be identified.

Yes! For example, here in New York State, every ballot is cardstock paper, and is imprinted with a unique serial number that appears on both the ballot and the stub from which it was torn. The stubs are all returned to each county Board of Elections at the end of the night. It's been recorded beforehand which ballots were sent to which districts within each polling place. And of course, the ballot-reading and tabulating machine has a clock. (Does it record when each individual ballot was fed to it? I believe so--it certainly should!)

The net is that dragging in bags of ballots from elsewhere to be tabulated late or in secret--whether they're stolen blanks or specially printed fakes--would be a non-starter in New York.

Our weakness is identifying who it is that has just walked in the door, asking to vote a given name that's legitimately on the rolls. In rural and suburban areas, that sign-in signature had better match. Your local district folks recognize you personally.

But in the Democratic cities (but I repeat myself), where there are virtually no genuine Republicans to question a 25-year-old imposter asking to vote as a 95-year-old nursing-home resident? Who the heck knows?

Then we don’t need you here. Surrender monkeys or the French are not needed here. Good-bye.

Not just special water marks, they also have a chemical tracer on them.

This is standard operating procedure for King County WA. They delay their reporting until all other counties report, they see how many ballots the dems are down and “find” enough ballots to ensure their “victory”. Seen it more than once.

Supreme Court must throw out ALL mail in ballots and only count in-person voting and verifiable absentee ballots.

Mail-in ballots are a violation of the constitution. Mail in ballots are equivalent to a “twitter survey”. A mail-in ballot is a ‘ballot’, not a ‘vote’.

Votes are in person verifiable ID and absentee verifiable request with ID – A constitutionally protected VOTE. Everything else is unprotected BS and SC must throw them out in EVERY state. Most expeditiously, in the swing states.

IF the United States Constitution is opened up for Amendment then expect the demonratcommies to gut it of The Second Amendment and then there will be a real live CWII and it will make the first one look like a game of Go Fish between Kindergartners.

I remember that election well! After the Dems got away with that, I knew that they would expand on that and it would only be a matter of time until they would extrapolate that into National and presidential elections with the same results. And nobody would stop them. And, here we are. Sad ending to a great country.

What you’re referring to is a ‘Runaway-Convention’ and that’s not going to happen unless the Marxists control 38 state legislatures.

Plenty of trolls have tried over the years to stir up fear of a Runaway-Convention and they fail simple logic every time. They don’t control anywhere near 38 states but they are working towards it but it’s a long way off for them.

Marxists attacking the US via its election system and overthrowing a President in a coup d’etat is a watershed event in US history and demands the States respond with an amendment to remove vulnerabilities of national security.

Any federal act in law regarding election reform runs up against state sovereignty. There may be or maybe not there is some federal jurisdiction for national office holders but a constitutional amendment ratified by 3/4s of states is better.

Give the FBI a stack of late Biden ballots, which came in without any admixture of Trump ballots. Tell them that the deck has been seeded with ballots which have no unique fingerprints on them.

Then watch them like a hawk, and let them find out how many actual humans were involved in the production of the stack.
