1) There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution.
2)Therefore, there is no Federal Constitutional right to "vote for President".
3) The separate processes by which 50 State Legislatures apppoint their Electors for President and Vice President are not Federal elections.
Good point. the popular vote is for show only.
But the popular vote is commerce conducted both intra- and interstate.
The vote ‘survey’ for President is interstate commerce. A voter offers a vote for an out of state party.
It really doesn’t matter. The electors follow the majority vote in their state and the electors elect the President. If the voters are thwarted by acts if fraud, the Electors are affected as well.
So, given we still think we operate under the Rule of Law, what would you propose for countering a coup d’etat of our President via an attack our weak voting system? Or do you think out voting system is fine as-is?

Connect the dots, several shipments of various state driver liscenses, all fakes from China, hundreds of thousands have been intercepted at several airports, I wonder how many came in by ships. Also, when the Chinese were kicked out of their consulate in Dallas, more fake liscenses and several packs of counterfit ballot paper also from China. The dems are coordinating their coup attempt with the CCP.

Based on actual court records, I can prove that almost all the current WASC Justices are corrupt as hell. Can prove that Sideshow Bob and Inslee are covering up the corruption at the WASC,WSP,and a few more agencies.
Many of the courts in the red counties are also corrupt.

Courts are corrupted as hell and so are national/international banks who pull strings of intel networks. But that’s another story.

However, I did find someone how posted today who is QUITE persuasive:

It may look like I am advocating a point that there are security features on ballots, I’m not doing that at all but it may seem that way.
What I am doing is pointing out to those that immediately call this a ‘hoax’, who call such information as garbage or not real etc. I am pointing out that others in proominent positions are backing these things up. I give them a chance to respond and usually they don’t or they just call me stupid names and then huff off.
So then I find a link to a government official with a modicum of credibility and post it while asking “what do you think of this?”
It’s not because I believe DHS or articles about what they are doing because I truly don’t know, I am not there. But where do people come off saying it’s nonsense when there are reports that appear to show it’s real? Do such critics have information that we haven’t seen? Usually they just have an unsupported opinion which we all know is pretty worthless.
I don’t get how some people jump to conclusions either way. I wish they would do a little bit of research and contribute to the back and forth but a certain type of person has to come onto these threads and post away acting like they know something when it’s obvious they don’t know much. I don’t get that.
Thanks I did not know that. This will make sorting all this out much less difficult.
