There are at least 21,000 dead people on the state of Pennsylvania’s voter rolls, according to an amended lawsuit filed on Thursday.
A lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges that there are at least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls. The lawsuit claims that Pennsylvania failed to “reasonably maintain” their voter registration records under federal and state law in time for the 2020 presidential election.
“As of October 7, 2020, at least 9,212 registrants have been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants have been dead for at least ten years, and at least 197 registrants have been dead for at least twenty years,” the lawsuit states.
“Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years,” the lawsuit continues.
According to the lawsuit, about 92 percent of the 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls died sometime before October 2019. About 216 dead people show voting credits after federally listed dates of death in 2016 and 2018, the lawsuit alleges.

It is going to take actual cases of wide spread fraud for the SCOTUS to do anything.
I would imagine all states are sloppy at cleaning up the voter registration list. That don’t in itself prove fraud.

Joe Frazier and Will’s Smith father who are dead. Both voted in this election and last election.
Apparently, the boxer Joe Frazier, long dead, voted in Philadelphia.
What was his advantage in every state ? He under performed compared to Clinton in solid blue and red states but I suspect he still has a slight advantage in mail in votes compared to real voting

Seriously, look at the advantages. Every four years you get to go out and vote. In that process you may get to check on loved ones, or just simply enjoy fresh air. In the meantime, Republicans in the cemetery are just boxed up, rotting, waiting for Jesus to return.
My Grandfather has been dead for 23 years. I hope he’s not on the Pennsylvania voter rolls.

Haven’t figured out why they didn’t steal Texas. They kept saying they would take Texas to rub in Trump/GOP faces. I believe software system used there as well (like Mi and 28 other states).
I just checked my late parents (died in 2016, 2018) in Bucks County election board web site.
Neither of them are still listed.
Believe this type of “cheating” is located in particular counties... ie Philadelphia, Pittsburgh
He doesn’t need tens of thousands. All he needs is enough to show it can happen. Then you can investigate how many happened. You’re asking for a cop to have the murder weapon before he can investigate a missing person.
BTW, what is it with this sudden influx of posters who now are suddenly so hard to convince of corruption or fraud? Do people really think the DNC and media companies aren’t above manipulating media sites like Free Republic? And even if they are not plants, why are they doing the opposition’s job of demoralizing resistance?
