They’re electing two senators in Georgia in January. That’s a statewide race.

I’m talking half a dozen city-wide ones. If the Supreme Court hears enough to rule quickly, there’s time.

Otherwise, they could rule the elections in those cities invalid, and toss the election to the House.

Obviously, I’m not a lawyer, but hopefully the legal solution to fraud isn’t to just let them win?

It will go to the legislatures for a list of Electors. That list will go to the House. Rs in control at both venues for all disputed states (except Nevada).
