Fox had the ratings by the tail and then Rupert’s sons and especially the sons wives decided to take Fox left. Trump is right when he says Fox has left the Reservation. He still trusts Fox & Friends, Tucker, Hannity and Laura and perhaps Shannon Bream, but how long can they survive the Network Hierarchy which has decided to go Left. I don’t know if the Old Man “Rupert” still has anything to say about the direction they are taking, but if he does, he needs to put his sons and their wives out to pasture and replace the rest of the Board of Directors. If that doesn’t happen, Fox will slide into the same morass as CNN and MSNBC.

It’s all elitist arrogance. They really think that the reason a person is conservative is BECAUSE they watch Fox News. They believe the viewership is stupid. They need ‘reeducating’. So the solution is to ‘steer’ them toward the right ideas over time. They are that arrogant and believe they’re so much more intellectual.
The do not understand that the viewership watched Fox News BECAUSE THEY’RE ALREADY CONSERVATIVE - it was the only channel they could stomach. All they will accomplish is losing the viewers to other options and destroying the company.
