Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said in a memo Tuesday that the DNI will not work with the media’s President-elect Joe Biden until it’s clear who the winner is and as of yet, there is no clarity and the General Services Administration has not yet announced the winner.
According to the New York Post, Biden’s team is pushing the Trump administration to force the transition before the state’s actually ratify the electoral count. The conflict has led to threats from the Biden camp to take legal action over the ongoing refusal.
It won’t be easy for the Biden campaign because the federal agency needed to green-light the transition teams have not yet declared the winner. The call would need to come from the General Services Administration (GSA). Since they have not called yet The New York Post stated that it “freezes the Biden team out of access to $6.3 million in federal funding, classified information and security clearances or background checks for potential cabinet nominees,”
Moreover, it also prevents access to the State Department, according to Fox News, which facilitates calls between foreign leaders and their U.S. counterparts.

Biden is probably heading on over to SCOTUS right now to get Roberts to give an emergency administration of oath to become 46. Time is too short for the “President elect” to follow the rules.

The president’s term does not expire until jan 21? No matter how much Biden or Roberts want it, Biden cannot be president until Trump’s term expires. And since Biden has not been elected president (only the electors can do that, and they can’t until Dec) it would have no meaning even if Roberts did this.
This would be like getting fired and having to train your replacement before they were even interviewed or hired. It’d be reckless to acknowledge a winner before the buzzer says game over.
How could any of them even qualify for a security clearance given their association with a man known to have been corruptly selling his position for personal financial gain while pimping out his drug-addict son to collect the ca$h last time he was on the federal payroll? Most of them are probably associated with Hillary, would have excused her illegal use of a private email server to conduct official business off the books, probably are on record supporting violent Democrat insurgents against the state, etc.
