They probably don’t have to. I expect Georgia already has that in place in Election Code. Basically, you can’t vote in the run-off if you didn’t voter on November 3. I hope that’s in Code.
I’m listening to Mike Gallagher and he just had a caller from Georgia and he said that people are really motivated there. He specifically mentioned Trump voters.
But all eyes will be on the state. I think they know it.
