My wife and I traveled to Vancouver, BC in May 2019. We both came down (while there) with the worst flu either of us have ever had. High fever, dry cough in the lower respiratory tract, aches, pains, fatigue. I had it worse than her and had to see a doc there. When the Wuhan bug showed up, we both commented that it sure sounded like what we had in Vancouver, which has a very large Chinese population.
