Well, if they sue, wouldn’t the SC if the election lawsuits got that far, just say, well Dominion has lawsuit out and lot of your evidence is fraud by this company, so we will let that lawsuit ride first.
Just wondering if them suggesting suing Dominion isn’t a way to stall the election lawsuits.

If the lawsuit will delay the SCOTUS case past the date when it must be certified, then the election goes to Congress, the President to the House and and the VP to the Senate.
