Georgia law emphasizes the point by stating that one cannot gain residency if he or she “has come for temporary purposes only without the intention of making such county or municipality such person’s permanent place of abode.”

Worry----judges will rule "no way to tell said persons were there for the purpose of voting and not residence so case dismissed."

As the MI and GA state government "certify" decisions on their shoddy vote tabulations while Trump's legal staff is striving to bring out verifiable evidence of irregularities that could swing the election. Judges will say "no credible evidence of a pattern of deliberate systemic fraud that could change the outcome. Dismissed."

Hope I am worrying unnecessarily.

On the day they register to vote their intent is to live in Georgia for the rest of their lives.

In the day after the election, their intent is to move back to their home state.

If some people don’t watch it we’ll wind up with “That’s the Night that the Lights Went Out in Georgia” instead.

They have to show a lease and a utility bill. Doubtful very many people would go that far.

1. Rules mean nothing to a Lib.

2. Publicly asking others to break the law for the 'greater good' is noble in a Lib's mind.

3. Libs have no shame.

Laws need to be enforced or nothing will be recognized as law.

Someone posted the text of this here previously:

“Georgia’s Election website:
‘(10) The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224.’”

“even the basic tenants of representative government”—I’m sure that the people that live in representative government will need to live elsewhere.

Why isn’t Facebook and Twitter banning columnists who are advocating this?

What you need is SCOTUS to nullify SoS Raffensperger "Consent Agreement" that obliterated signature verification in Georgia.

Everyone in this thread needs to understand -- if the GOP wins these two seats in a trot with signature verification restored, the Election Night fraud/steal/calumny for SloJoe will be prima facie, "on its face". And then we will know that the US has problems that elections can no longer solve.

The left can be indicted, but usually the judges dismiss charges.

This is all correct so I hate to point out the obvious.

THEY HAVE ALREADY COMMITTED ELECTION FRAUD! THEY DON’T GIVE A SH!T ABOUT GETTING CAUGHT BECAUSE THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS WILL HELP THEM CHEAT.

What we need to do is go bunk with Georgia FReepers for a while. I’m moving to Georgia, eh?
