Yes, but algore got the FL Supreme Court to change the FL election laws within 2 weeks of the election. It took SCOTUS to bitchslap the FL court a 2nd time which took 37 days.

If Sidney Powell et. al. have evidence of a crime, what this judge has to say won't matter. After the states certify their elections (Georgia already has, Pennsylvania and Michigan will on Monday, Nevada will on Tuesday) there's no mechanism for changing the results except persuading electoral college members to switch their votes.

Might want to get word to the many GOP Senators currently referring to “President-Elect” Biden. They don’t seem to have gotten that memo and are proceeding with business as usual.

Waiting “patiently” for the Barr/Duraham findings in regards to corrupt actors attempting to circumvent an American election, framing innocent folks working for Trump's campaign, setting in motion a coup of a sitting president and now the continuation of that coup by rigging election votes.
