Yes, you might need to step back and at least get a broad picture rather than watching all these opinions of how people see these cases.
Powell and Wood are doing the best they can in keeping people informed without revealing their hand...and for that we should be grateful instead of criticizing or getting wrapped up in those who are doing so.
The outcome will be soon enough....for now I’m enjoying the fact our President is still working for our benefit and with great hope he will continue for 4 more years once all the dust settles.

hahaha! He did seem a bit eccentric and uses colorful language but I thought he laid things out very well.
I am somewhat relieved after listening to him explain things.
Their original approach was to prove a number of states conducted an illegal vote due to illegal processes and time frames.
Therefore some voters in the state was denied equal protection.
It’s still their strongest case of a boatload of weak ones.

Hmmm...guess we will see, but I can’t imagine SCOTUS or any other court tossing the votes of 5M+ people (or even hundreds of thousands) for a process or timeframe violation.
Even IF proven (which I’m beginning to think it will never be), there is no simple remedy that will be attractive to ANY court.
And that will be the end of things, I’m afraid.

Once the EC votes, it’s pretty much over. Congress could object to the votes of some states but it would take both the House and Senate to agree and that isn’t going to happen.

Sounds like Rudy tried to limit what Sidney was going to do and she refused. Probably trying to protect Kemp.
Good for her. That helps to backstop Trump’s efforts and prevents her case from being mooted out if Trump concedes or loses.
