A Carson City judge has set a hearing for 12/3 at 1:30pm to allow the Trump Campaign to present their findings of voter fraud.
Evidence presented will be over Agilis (signature matching machine) along with depositions from 15 witnesses who saw voter fraud.
Hopefully hoping.

A few Nevada Supreme Court justices have politicized their positions rather quickly.
They will need to recuse themselves if an election case comes before them.
Ping.

Supreme Court Justices @JudgeCadish, Hardesty, Gibbons complimented the election process in NV today, despite multiple ongoing lawsuits and clear examples of voter fraud. They have now shown a predisposition and should recuse themselves if litigation were to arise to their court.

Binnall said part of the challenge is over the use of Agilis scanner and signature matcher. ‘It is important, for sure, but is far from the main meat of our challenge,” he said.

We could see fight over secrecy relating to witnesses. Binnall said he wants a protective order b/c of threats, but idea that a presidential election challenge will be resolved based on secret testimony seems highly implausible. List of challenger witnesses due by 5PM local tomw
the more I learn, the more I see the fraud cases as a brilliant and necessary distraction from the most impactful case, the Constitutionality case regarding election law.
SCOTUS originalists MUST rule in Trump’s favor with application to at least 4 States that violated Separation of Powers, Equal Protection, and the letter of the Constitution.
All votes counted in these States that violate Election Law will be discounted.
NV with 6 EV is enough to make a difference if pro trump lawyers slip and lose 2 of the critical big 4 swing states (PA (20EV), MI (16EV)), GA (16 EV), WI (10 EV)). trump needs to flip 36 EVs to win the EC. So the effect of trump flipping NV is that he could survive the loss of PA and WI and still win the EC by flipping 3 swing states (MI, GA, and NV) that would give him an EC victory and re-election. (Double-checking more than welcome.)
The vast majority of American voters have absolutely no clue that President Trump is challenging the election. Instead, they think the vote counters are just finishing up their vote counting and then Biden will be inaugurated on January 20.
They have until the 8th for challenges. Then until the 13th to finish up. The EC vote is on the 14th.
Thanks.
I hope all of these presented findings turn in to huge booms!!

“Take a Mulligan and have a new election... in person walking voting with ID and requested absentee ballots only.”
Why go through all of this nonsense?
