The Trump administration is rushing to make a number of federal regulatory changes before President-elect Joe Biden takes office on January 20, ProPublica reported on Wednesday. One of those changes, proposed by the Department of Justice, would allow some federal death-row inmates to be executed by means other than lethal injection. Many states allow for electrocution or a firing squad if lethal injection is not available or if another method is preferred by the prisoner.

Wanna reduce crime? Public hangings. Decapitation would be even more effective.
Were I condemned to death I’d prefer a firing squad.
Were I an executioner I’d prefer to be on a firing squad.

That is a crazy headline. Not sure what to think about this. Firing squads seem more humane in a way, except for those doing the firing. People are not used to see this in reality.

The availability to request a firing squad would be a great help, especially for Christians in the USA. Many of us will likely be charged with capital crimes shortly for offenses like gun possession, bad attitude, improper speech, disrespect of federal authorities, telling children no . . .
