If Sidney Powell and/or Lin Wood do not work for the Trump campaign, what standing do they have for their lawsuits?
Lin wood’s standing is because he is a resident of Georgia. If he was a member of the Trump team, he wouldn’t have that standing anymore. I’m not sure why but you need to have some sort of Civilian status. Whatever it’s called.
If Ga they represent a local voter.
Sidney is representing C.J. Pearson. Not sure who Lin Wood is representing.
The would depend on the plaintiff not the lawyer. I have not heard anywhere that Powell or Wood are the Plaintiffs in these suits - just the lawyers.
Lin Wood is a Georgian voter?
Check the lawsuits to see who the plaintiffs are. The last I checked, Sidney's plaintiffs were specific electors.
