Powell “Well actually with the fraud case the December 8th deadline doesn’t apply. We have until at least December 14. We might file more suits but a court in Michigan or Wisconsin today just gave us a great order recognizing that”.

Actually, December 14th is way too late. The electors will vote that day, and even if we get a court date is must be several days before the 14th to allot time for hearing the evidence and for a court decision.
