San Diego Unified School District is forcing teachers to attend “white privilege” training, in which teachers are told “you are racist” and “you are upholding racist ideas, structures, and policies.”
The training begins with a “land acknowledgement,” in which the teachers are asked to accept that they are colonizers living on stolen Native American land. Then they are told they will experience “guilt, anger, apathy, [and] closed-mindedness” because of their “white fragility.”
After watching clips of Robin DiAngelo and Ibram Kendi, the trainers tell the teachers: “you are racist,” “you are upholding racist ideas, structures, and policies,” and that they must commit to becoming “antiracist” in the classroom. They must submit to the new racial orthodoxy.
The teachers are told that they are part of an oppressive white power structure. The trainers claim that “white people in America hold most of the [power]” and that white teachers have an “ability to thrive” that is “being preserved at every level of power.”
Finally, teachers are told they must become “antiracist” activists. They must “confront and examine [their] white privilege,” “acknowledge when [they] feel white fragility,” and “teach others to see their privilege.” They must turn their schools into activist organizations.
Here’s the problem: only 47% of San Diego Unified students reach proficiency in reading and math. Teaching “white fragility” will do nothing to help students improve their academic abilities—it will only serve activist teachers who want to shift the blame to “systemic racism.”
Parents should be up in arms: public schools should be designed to serve the public good, not the private ideological fantasies of far-left activists. We need to teach students basic reading, writing, and arithmetic—not white fragility, intersectionality, and antiracism.

If a trainer got in my face telling me I am racist and spewing BS about privilege, they will be quickly be taking a nap unconsciously.

If I were their employee I’d Complain to local EEO Commission then sue the school district. They are disparaging a race in comparison to other races in the work place. Also, while Dems are so against microaggression terms. WTH do they think “ white privilege is? Furthermore; the left is pitting whites as the new “Jews” in their modern socialist party.

I understand it. Everytime I hear about various Democrat goings-on, I say that's another example of the Democrat Party Cabal's MO: Democrats perpetrate bad stuff, then blame Republicans for what Democrats themselves perpetrated.

And I would tell them that if they are not themselves Native Americans, then they are interlopers too and hypocrites with a lot of nerve to tell me that I should feel guilty for being here but I have no objection at all if they were to return to the land of their forefathers.
I would also tell them that the Mexicans they want to flood into the United States are mainly descendants of the Spanish who were also colonizers who, according to their logic, no more belong in Mexico than they do here.
And as for the “White power structure”, just who the hell do they think is paying them to spread their anti-American communist bullsh!t if it isn’t the “White power structure” they’re talking about?

The galling part is what they are really doing is teaching them how to disadvantage white students so that other people's children will pay the price for the teachers' white guilt.
The only thing that gives me hope is that teenagers tend to rebel against their parents/teachers generational norms, so all this psychological torture they are prepared to inflict upon the students will likely turn them into hardcore right wing nationalists in short order.
No federal aid to any schools and universities administering this crap, parents dont stand for this pull your kids out now! DONT PAY YOUR SCHOOL TAXES!

If a government agency sanctioned employee were to get into your face and instruct you that you are a racist I hope you and other light melanin leveled people would sue the government agency into oblivion for Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by segregating you into a re-education class.
