If Feinstein is in a mental decline, then simply stripping her of the leadership position doesn’t really seem like enough since her term won’t end until 2024. It doesn’t sound like a good idea to have a member of Congress in mental decline continuing to hold the seat, especially if Schumer is giving interviews about it.

I think that is actually it....because there are a lot of young radicals waiting on the side lines...and there are quite a few old democrats in their paths.
You know you’re neck deep in a swamp when the Head of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee is demented. And your 78 year old presidential nominee is a demented corrupt sexual predator, and your star House judiciary member is screwing Chinese spy while your 74 year old House majority leader is wondering around closed salons getting her hair done. Meanwhile, across the aisle, the GOP chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee has been in Congress for 40 years.
If we are talking Pelosi’s mental capacity, I think we gotta throw in AOC’s entire squat.
