Georgia’s Governor is stepping out of bounds. This is NOT his call to make and the state constitution does NOT give him that authority. The state legislature is not in session and they don't have the votes to call a special legislative session so it's pretty much a moot point. Unless Texas wins their suit in the Supreme Court. Then they'll have to meet to select a new slate.
