Patrons could be seen eating and drinking outside the popular North Beach restaurant Original Joe's Wednesday evening. Restaurant employees from other locations say it isn't fair that one restaurant can stay open and others must close.
As we began asking questions, some were not happy to see our cameras and one man quickly turned on us.
"Is this considered outdoor dining? I guess it could be considered outdoor dining," says Joe Guinnane, who is against the stay-at-home order. With a sarcastic tone another man went on to say, "There is no outdoor dining!"
The manager at Originals Joe's wouldn't talk to us on camera but says what we saw Wednesday night outside Original Joe's wasn't outdoor dining, that instead patrons got to-go meals and chose to sit where the restaurants tables are being stored.

It began a while ago. It’s just gaining momentum. And it will be a hyperbolic curve.

They wouldn’t do that at their Taylor Street location.
Here in Vegas most restaurants are open and the “rule” is, you can eat indoors IF you make a reservation.
So I call in advance or if I forget to call, I walk into a place and say, “I’d like to make a reservation for two” And within 2 minutes, my wife and I have never failed to get a table. It’s all a joke.
We have to begin disobeying - that is the only way to stop this communist sham.
I think the good people of San Francisco always embraced the idea of personal freedom, but only to the extent that it affects them personally. Other people’s freedoms, not so much.
i would love to know from the CA biz owners who are crying about these Unfair Restrictions. ...voted for the very ‘leaders’ who have imposed them. And, how many voted for Biden...let’s start there first.
Only then,will I be empathetic....depending on how they answer those 2 questions.
Civil War is brewing if this shit doesn’t stop and stop right now. I’m not in favor of it but it may have to happen in order to regain what we have lost.

I’m reading this while dining outside in Orange County. Dined inside on Wednesday. Hair salons are open. Gyms are open. Not all, perhaps not most but the pushback is real.

If you live in an area where dining in and out (everyone can order delivery) then it is not pushing back.
