I don’t know enough about election law to see through the smoke.
So, I’m surprised i’m not seeing more about Trumps so called plan with his executive order from 2018. That he can seize all the machines, etc because of foreign interference? Then claim the election null and void? Anyone hearing anything about this?
Ca could not succeed if they wanted to, they have no real power infrastructure, they import their water..
It is my understanding from learning long ago that the state legislature has to certify the alternate electors in order for there to be a conflict. If I am incorrect, I would love to see the reasoning.
