Under Georgia law, emergency rules adopted by any state agency or regulatory body automatically expire 120 days after their adoption(see § 50-13-4-b).
Subsequently, the State Election Board met on July 1 and unanimously voted to amend and extend Election Code Emergency Rule number 183-1-14-0.8-.14. for an additional 120 days, meaning the rule was set to expire on October 28, five days before the November 3 general election..

Outrageous! I wonder if Trump could sue the State of Georgia for non-enforcement of law, causing damages to the campaign. At least the campaign might be able to get back what it spent in campaign expenses in the state.

Throw out the phony ballots. There is no legal theory that can refute that.
Wish we knew this a month ago. What ever will they do. They sealed the count and gave the votes. The legislature had more and more evidence to stand on.
Huh? The law by which the ballots were case expired 5 days before the election? Anybody whose name was on that ballot would have standing within the state to challenge the election. Wow. This could be a real mess.
