It's inevitable and I don't give a damn about the courts. What have the courts done to stop abortion for the past few decades? Did the rock-ribbed Federalist Society judges do anything about the election or did they just punt every single time? Did they do anything about the Second Amendment?

The Courts have already been captured and it's amazing how many people keep getting strung along with the deluded notion that if we just appoint X more judges then the Courts will miraculously reverse everything. The Republican Party has appointed 15 out of the past 19 justices, and the Supreme Court hasn't shifted an inch.
