Yep. Every day I get up and fix my coffee and here I come hoping against hope to find a “win” here on FR. It is always the same thing..... clickbait hope porn and bombshells all over the place yet the needle never moves.

There is more than enough evidence of fraud that could change the election. There are enough instances of violations of election laws to change the election. There is more than enough statistical data to show that the election results in the contested states (and even the uncontested) to show malfeasance.

This has not moved the needle with GOP officials, state legislators, and/or the courts. The media/big tech oligarchs have spoken too - nothing to see.

The amount of evidence will only grow, but no admissions of “fraud” will come from the people who count until after the inauguration.

A PRESIDENTIAL election affects EVERYONE in the country. Not just a single location or state. The President is everyone's chief executive.

If one or more states conduct fraudulent elections that CHANGES the outcome of the election....that affects EVERYONE!

Those 4 states illegal counting of votes PAST "election day" directly affects everyone in the country because it "changed" the results of who would be the winner.

SCOTUS, in a unanimous decision, said that went against the Constitution and is therefore unlawful.

As much as I’d like to think there is still a path to the POTUS’s re-election, I believe the term “Irrational exuberance” fits here. The more rational attempts to show actual fraud have been knocked down by the courts who have not allowed even the presentation of evidence for them to review. The deep state, as we now know, includes the judiciary. This gambit, though certainly constitutional, has the least chance of success in a cowardly congress and is unfortunately a last gasp at trying to reclaim what was in reality his re-election.

Fraud and even some types of crime have a broad impact on society. For example, the crime of shoplifting affects us all in the sense that as shoppers WE pay for it through higher prices and more store security. That is why it is a punishable crime.

Clearly SCOTUS was looking at the case in political terms, not legal ones. If SCOTUS is not there to protect the broader interests of society they are useless as an institution.

Roberts may be against “us”, but I see him as against the Constitution, which is what he is supposed to uphold. He has failed, and should be removed, but our failed representatives will not do it.
