Unless they have a veto proof majority on these votes it doesn’t matter

A law that grants the executive dictatorial power with no ability for the legislator to override is the problem here.. this law should have NEVER passed.

Legislature was stupid to ever pass a law that just granted carte blanche authority to the executive with no ability to cancel it... Yes executive need leeway to act quickly in emergency situations, but those emergency powers should be limited... IE dictates can be overridden by legislature with a simple majority etc.

Absolutely...it was insane to give her this level of power, especially being able to continue it at her discretion. Talk about not thinking it through, our founders would be shaking their heads.

It doesn’t matter if she signs or not. That is the petition that gathered 500,000 signatures to quash that law. They just needed to pass the law in the congress for it to be done. The Michigan supreme court already said that law was unconstitutional. She just then went a different route with the health secretary. Those are the orders that need to be squashed now. This is just a show.

Hope the State Congress has enough to over-ride a veto.

Next up - a Recall Petition if that State allows it. Here in California, we are over half way in re-calling Newsom and have until March to get the required signatures. If Hiden/Ho get in the WH, it would be a great consoling prize to see Tyrant Newsom kicked out.

Here is the official site to recall Newsom: https://recallgavin2020.com/petition/ Just follow the instructions for the petition and print out. It has 5 spaces for persons. The address for submission is at the bottom.

As the wife says, the Dem/Soc/Comms could vote in another such tyrant, but at least Newsom will lose his political aspirations. No matter who the next Governor is, he/she will have less power. CA. kicked out Davis, and although we got a Rino with Ahnold, he did less damage. The wife and I voted for McClintock.

We celebrate all of these “wins” with House seats and state legislatures but what good are they if they simply are inept and always get played by the left? One of the main reasons Biden got away with stop and steal is the help of REPUBLICAN governors and majority legislatures in the cheating states.

She cannot veto. We in Michigan did a petition that only required passage in house and senate. Witchmer and her cronies (AG and Sec State) slowwalked signature verification hoping that the Republican majority would end after the election, but Trumps coattails kept both legislatures in Republican control.

I may have gone “full retard ”, but are governors now allowed to dictate laws? I fled Califzuela last year partly because of Gavin Newscum but is this now a nationwide phenomenon?
