It’s not a loophole; it’s election fraud. The Trump team is apparently trying to track down the 250,000+ voters who claimed they were confined.
Go through the voter rolls in Milwaukee and Dane County, find each vote for Biden cast in that manner and exclude their ballots.

...the Campaign seeks to invalidate the ballots——either directly or through a drawdown——of more than 220,000 Wisconsin voters in Dane and Milwaukee Counties.
The Campaign focuses its objections on four different categories of ballots——each applying only to voters in Dane County and Milwaukee County. First, it seeks to strike all ballots cast by voters who claimed indefinitely confined status since March 25, 2020. Second, it argues that a form used for in-person absentee voting is not a "written application" and therefore all in-person absentee ballots should be struck. Third, it maintains that municipal officials improperly added witness information on absentee ballot certifications, and that these ballots are therefore invalid. Finally, the Campaign asserts that all ballots collected at "Democracy in the Park," two City of Madison events in late September and early October, were illegally cast.
We conclude the Campaign is not entitled to the relief it seeks. The challenge to the indefinitely confined voter ballots is meritless on its face, and the other three categories of ballots challenged fail under the doctrine of laches.

Every voter who does vote in person should be voting i n their own precinct/ward/district.

Astonishing. Just so blatant and open about it. As if nobody cares, and they fully realize they will never be prosecuted for voter fraud at the individual level, or election fraud at the local or state level.
I thought some of you on this thread might appreciate this thread I started which explains the workflow of the Dominion Voting Systems that were installed, and how it relates to the fraud uncovered in the Forensic analysis done on the system in Michigan. I fully expect that if this analysis was performed the same way in the key battleground states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona, that the exact same abhorrent practices would be seen.
What struck me is that I had so much trouble finding out exactly what the setup of these systems was like from an IT perspective, and had to try to figure it out from looking at Dominion's own high level block diagram and correlate it to the report.
As another poster said, we shouldn't have to hunt for this information. It should be readily available to EVERY citizen to look at.
