Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says he will not tolerate people living outside of Georgia voting in the Georgia elections.
Election watchdog group True the Vote is working with the Georgia Republican Party to challenge the eligibility of more than 350,000 Georgia voters ahead of the state's two Senate runoff elections in January.
Focusing on questions about voters who have filed change of address forms with the U.S. Postal Service, the group is encouraging Republicans in counties across the state to file voter challenges with their local election boards.
In several counties, including Floyd, Athens-Clarke, Cobb and Gwinnett, complaints have already been submitted to election boards. Some have been rejected, but others are currently being reviewed by county attorneys.
In Floyd County, the complaint letters challenge the voting status of anyone who had filed a change of address form in the state of Georgia. Voters on that list may now be required to use provisional ballots, if they show up to vote at the polls.
The use of provisional ballots, in this case, would prevent those votes from being counted until election officials verify the residence of the voter. The burden of proof lies with the challenger, however individuals may be asked to provide information that proves their votes are valid and legal.
True the Vote, a Texas-based organization, has received backlash for its actions in Georgia ahead of the runoffs. Sean Young, an ACLU of Georgia attorney called the practice "voter caging," and said it's "one of the oldest tricks in the voter suppression playbook."
"It's unsurprising that political operatives would pull this out in the middle of a contentious election," he said.
Catherine Engelbrecht, True the Vote's president, defended her group's actions. "Everyone across the country is raising their eyebrows about election integrity," she said. "There was no effort to do anything other than get good accurate voter lists in place for the coming election."
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger recently said he has no tolerance for individuals residing outside of Georgia attempting to impact the vote in his state.
"I will not tolerate out-of-state voters attempting to undermine the integrity of the vote in Georgia," said Raffensperger, who has come under fire from President Trump for relaxing election integrity safeguards in the state. "Let this be a warning to anyone looking to come to Georgia temporarily to cast a ballot or anyone who has established residence in another state but thinks they can game the system."
WHen I moved out of GA, I called in to make certain I was removed from the rolls.
I had to fax a letter with relevant info to be removed. Otherwise, I might have been voting Democrat in GA this election.
But what about the software siphoning votes from one candidate to another, and what about adjudicated ballots (at 68%+ in some states) being deliberately given to the rat by the commie running the election?
He still won't be re-elected.
how do we know that it’s 350k?
If they are ineligible to vote in senate runoff, then they were inelegant for the November vote.
Well now he has done it.... Abrams is really gonna be whizzed at him now.
Prosecute and jail fraud every out of state person who attempts to register and vote in Georgia.
Investigating the illegal voters is a delay tactic, since the envelopes identifying the voter was separated from the ballots, their votes can’t be isolated.
The entire special Senate Runoff Election is UNLAWFUL already for violating the state election laws about prohibiting voters in the special runoff election who didn’t vote in the earlier special election that is being continued. This should be presented at the EC to recuse the newly-seated GA Senators from voting.
How will the media sycophants for the Dems explain how there will be more votes for the Dem candidates than the total population of Georgia?
“Uh, the census has to be updated.”
“Did you see our story on new housing construction down there?”
WTF is this clown talking about now? He has Sworn up and down since November that NO ILLEGAL Votes were cast in Georgia, and especially nobody that moved cast an Illegal Vote. We really need to bring back Sanitarium’s so people this confused have a place to go
They aren’t challenging real voters. They are challenging fraudulent votes that ARE NOT from real live people.
“Investigating the illegal voters is a delay tactic, since the envelopes identifying the voter was separated from the ballots, their votes can’t be isolated....”

That’s NOT the case with this approach being pursued by True The Vote. The “challenge” process is being done BEFORE the vote is cast while the ballot (in its “privacy” envelope) is still in the envelope containing the voter’s identification.
It's being advertised that 1.6M have already voted in GA, with breakdowns of voter profiles. That presumes the envelope has been separated and the ballot counted.
I suspect they have matched with state to state voting registration with other states by SSN.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says he will not tolerate people living outside of Georgia voting in the Georgia elections (Again). There fixed it for them.
USPS would have “change of address” info on most of those who changed addresses, both where they were from, and where they relocated nationally.
If a comparison is made between voter roll’s and USPS “change of address registration”, and there is record of “a vote” (as we don’t know actual vote affiliation), by those who have moved on, AND the vote totals could not have been attained without those who have moved, then we have evidence of election and ballot fraud, even without going after each specific voter.
In fact, while they may have been, the voter doesn’t need to have been involved in “voter fraud” for massive “election fraud” to have been committed by election officials.
Both have taken place.
In simply matching jurisdiction voter registration with USPS registration, and then combining vote totals, which have hit 85%-200% of registered voters in many precincts, we do not need the original ballot envelopes to know there was systemic large scale election fraud.
Envelopes would be best for signature verification, but we already have legal proof of at least large scale election fraud. And in a half way just court of law, it would easily stand.
However, if we want verification of each individual voter, it becomes more complicated without the original envelopes. In this case, obviously contact has to be made with those voters on the rolls, who have “change of address” registration. As well, voter rolls need to be compared between old and new addresses.
Not impossible, but takes a lot of effort.
Could be legend. If some assholio Judge don’t create a new law.
