That means only 30% were untouched by outside people. How do you even consider this valid?
Instead of 1 out of 250,000 having a error, only 3 out of 10 were correct. Mechanical and software error that bad does not get out of testing. This was done by the people running the elections. Yet the news insists on treating us as if we are children.
Well, there are voter’s errors which need to be adjudicated. I would guess there are about 1% of mail-in votes which have been messed up by the voter or damaged by the USPS.

Trump should have called in the military to seize and analyze them, and to hell with the consequences.
Republicans will never win another election again, and no court in the future will allow the machines to be analyzed.
I think the china, Iran server manipulation is a bit much but changing the system to adjudicate most ballots at night and changing the selection in the adjudication process is highly likely.
