I use NoScript and AdBlockPlus on my Firefox browser and have none of the problems people write about. I have no pop ups, no things like the Java Script stuff you alluded to, nothing.

For others: Those are free add-ins available to Firefox and some other Mozilla-based browsers. (Perhaps Chrome too, but then why would anyone want to handover their complete browsing history to Google?)

Previous to Trump, illegal aliens were included in the count. Trump changed this by a presidential memorandum in July. If the final apportionment is made under Trump then a Biden presidency would probably be stuck with it. But if the final apportionment were made under a Biden presidency, could he not rescind Trump's memorandum and return to the former practice?

I see what you're asking now. The statutory deadline for reporting the final numbers is December 31. So I don't think Biden will get to be involved at all. Looks like Trump got his win with just a few days to spare.
