Pelosi and other Democrats expected to gain 10 to 25 seats to add to the majority they won in 2018, but when the votes were counted, it was the Republicans who gained at least 10 seats. They also lead in the two remaining disputed races.

The 10 Democrats include Reps. Abigail Spanberger of Virginia, Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, Mikie Sherrill of New Jersey, Kurt Schrader of Oregon, Kathleen Rice of New York, Conor Lamb of Pennsylvania, Ron Kind of Wisconsin, Jared Golden of Maine, Jason Crow of Colorado, and Jim Cooper of Tennessee.

Lots of luck. They tolerated the woman’s embarrassing and irrational behavior for 4 years - things like ripping up the SOTU, the stream of childish insults hurled at the President, etc. - and suddenly they want to be taken seriously as members of a respected deliberative body? Too late.

Nancy policy is universally regarded in America as a buffoon and an object of derision beyond the power of the media to rehabilitate, why should we replace her with someone who would enjoy a honeymoon?

Leave her in place, continue to fashion her the face of the Democrat Party in the Congress and run against her in turn the Congress in 2022.
