For normals, the violence in our cities is akin to the May Days of 1937, when two groups of radicals on the Spanish left (communists and anarchists) fought it out - with the former executing the leadership and some rank-and-file of the latter, and conscripting the rest into their own units). Immediately the enthusiasm dropped for the anarchists (including George Orwell), and the left’s fortunes in the war steadily fell.
We’re watching something similar with the marginalization of AOC’s radicals by the Dem globalist leadership, and we’re watching slowly increasing numbers of the Dem base realize they’ve been had for half a century.
