Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC) To Object To Electoral College Certification
U.S. Congressman Joe Wilson ^ | 01/01/2020

Posted on 01/01/2021 4:32:55 PM PST by SeekAndFind

On December 31, Congressman Joe Wilson issued the following statement:

“As a former Lexington County Election Commissioner, not just as a Member of Congress, I am disgusted at the irregularities in the 2020 presidential election. The failure to validate signatures, the omission of witnesses, the interruption of counting before completion, the denial of poll watchers for access to fully observe, the extension of ballots received beyond Election Day, and the registration of illegal aliens, allowing non-citizens to vote, are all an open invitation for fraud. I had counted on courts to fully consider lawsuits by 18 states and 126 members of Congress, but the Courts have declined to act and it is my duty to object to the Electoral count because irregularities were never addressed.”

Wish more senators would stand up.

In response to Obama outlining his proposal for reforming health care and said: "There are also those who claim that our healthcare reform effort will insure illegal immigrants. This, too, is false—the reforms I'm proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally." (that was 2009).

I always thought that Trump would use the power of his office to stop the steal. I never thought he would just rely on lawyer and court processes. I can not fathom what a multitude of people meeting in Washington D C Wednesday at eleven is supposed to accomplish. If that all it is, it is useless. If 74 million plus voters hold no sway with McConnell, a few hundred thousand in Washington D C with hold a lot less.

The people who make this steal possible are the Republican state legislatures in the battleground states. They could stop all this in five minutes. That is why they should burn in hellfire.

The cheating was so obvious you’d think they would all be standing up. I guess they’re too busy overriding presidential vetoes.

Good for him.

Next he should issue Articles of Impeachment for Traitor Roberts.

I believe he has to allow all other avenues at his disposal to run their course until he has no option less than to go nuclear, but by that time America will know why . . .

You can count on Wilson to speak the truth.

Mitch McConnell had better get his Senators in line to co-sponsor the House Republicans or Republican Senators are going to face an angry bunch of voters in 2022.

Unfortunately, the Republican state legislatures in the battleground states are taking orders from Mitch McConnell to stand down.

He was right on last time, though: Obama did lie.

Do you have a Senator in your pocket, Mr. Wilson?

Without that all you're doing is grandstanding.

The problem is with six-year terms staggered, it’s very difficult to change the Senate. That’s how it’s supposed to work, as opposed to the House with only two-year terms.

RE: Without that all you’re doing is grandstanding.

I don’t care what his motives are ( since I can’t read it ). But the fact that he is actually OBJECTING is all I want. He has no control over what Senators will do.

His objection is pointless unless he has a Senator to work with.
Has he said he has a Senator he is working with?
Without one his objection is pointless.

Or is he just climbing on board with Hawley/Tuberville?

Curious minds and all, you know.
