Weeks before a presidential inauguration, the District of Columbia would normally be humming with construction vehicles, putting the finishing touches on preparing for thousands to flock to the nation's capital.
But this week, work crews actually worked on taking some erected structures down.
On Tuesday, workers broke down the reviewing stands that were put in place in front of the White House for the 2021 Presidential Inaugural Parade.
President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris plan to take the oath of office in front of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 20, but with limitations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The presidential inauguration committee has urged people not to travel to Washington, D.C. and instead is planning live-streamed programming.

This is because they know they will not be let inside the Whitehouse and apparently nobody was buying inauguration tickets to see the guy who got 80 million votes. Nobody was going to show up.
Even zombies know that they wont find any brains at that event.

Actually, I think it’s the opposite. I think they realized that LOTS & LOTS of people would be coming ... all Trump supporters .... Biden/Harris wouldn’t be able to get a word in edgewise..
At this point, especially when/after we see the results of the January 6 likely massive turnout in DC, I suspect any public inauguration will be cancelled due to “COVID” and masses of people becoming a “super spreader event”. The DemonRats will be talking about “keeping everyone safe”. We all know that’s a bunch of hooey. Look for Biden/Harris to be sworn in by Justice Roberts during a private/indoor ceremony, with attendees by invitation only. My 2 cent prognostication.
